The Directorate of Research and Cooperation is pleased to announce the opening of the UIII 2025 Scientific Publication Incentive Program. This initiative is part of UIII’s commitment to appreciating members of the Civitas Academica who have published their scholarly works with UIII as their affiliation.

The program aims to foster research excellence, enhance UIII’s academic reputation, and encourage effective knowledge dissemination. Incentives are provided for publications in accredited national journals, internationally indexed journals (Scopus/WoS), books, book chapters, and opinion pieces in international media.

General Requirements

• Applicants must be members of the UIII Civitas Academica.

• Publications must have been released in 2024–2025.

• The applicant must be the First, Second, or Corresponding Author and clearly list UIII as their affiliation.

• Publications already funded by UIII Research Grants are not eligible.

• Journals must not be listed as predatory.

Incentive Categories

The incentive covers the following categories:

• National Journals (Sinta 1–3)

• International Journals indexed in Scopus (Q1–Q4) or WoS

• Books, Edited Volumes, and Book Chapters (Indonesian or international publishers)

• Opinion pieces in international media

Submission Timeline

• Program Announcement: September 26, 2025

• Application Submission: September 26 – October 24, 2025

• Documents Verification: October 24 – November 7, 2025

• Announcement of Recipients: November 10, 2025

• Disbursement: November 2025
