The Directorate of Research and Strategic Cooperation is back with a financial assistance offer for either in-country or international conference/seminar/symposium, designed to improve the quality and quantity of scientific publications reputation and to wider academic horizons of lecturers and students of Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII). Before you apply, please follow our financial assistance guidelines and submission instructions here.

We expect applicants to meet the following conditions:

1. Must be a paper presenter affiliated with UIII.
2. Provide a copy of the organizing committee's acceptance letter, invitation letter as a speaker, budget plan, and letter of recommendation from the Dean.
3. Applications must be submitted at least one (1) month prior to the date of the event (for in-country events).
4. Each applicant can receive only one grant per year.
5. Please note that, in accordance with the Rector’s Circular Letter on budget efficiency, funding for participation in overseas conferences is currently not permitted until further notice.
6. All documents are submitted through this link within the period of March to September 2026.
